Position Filled: Now Hiring an HR Intern

We're looking for a human resources Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for human resources and a desire to learn. The HR intern will work closely with the HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee relations initiatives, including conducting exit interviews and responding to employee inquiries.
• Assist with benefits administration, including processing enrollments and changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in human resources or a related field
• Full-time student with at least a 3.0 GPA
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
