With expertise that ranges from farm and ranch taxation to forensic accounting and fraud investigation, it’s safe to say every day is different for Sheila. Luckily, overcoming the industry’s challenges is one of her favorite parts of the job. Her full list of specialties also includes business valuations, accounting procedure review services, internal controls, and accounting software services.
After graduating from National American University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sheila gained experience in public and private accounting before joining Casey Peterson, Ltd. in 2001. She served as a board member for the 7th Circuit Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program.
In her free time, she takes full advantage of the Black Hills – camping, fishing, hunting, and BMX racing with her husband and two sons.
