Meet The Team | Vanessa Kaiser

Join us in welcoming one of our newest team members at Casey Peterson, LTD, Vanessa Kaiser. She joined us in mid-August as a Process Enhancement Specialist.

Vanessa’s role in our firm is to make our clients’ jobs easier. To do that, she works on enhancing or building processes within their businesses. Vanessa says that when she works with a client, it’s always her hope that they walk away feeling heard, valued, and hopeful for a solution or satisfied with the solution we delivered.

Growing up as a Montana ranch girl taught Vanessa what it meant to work hard, contribute to the greater good, be generous and hospitable, and how to match boots with nearly any outfit.

Vanessa earned her bachelor’s in social work from Chadron State College and her master’s in social work from Campbellsville University. She’s also a licensed clinical social worker and recently earned Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Vanessa has always had a passion for helping people and organizations, and her time in the child welfare world for the first part of her career allowed her to grow both. Later on, she had the chance to help with developing and improving processes. Now Vanessa spends her days combining all of her passions.

Vanessa has a ton of interests that occupy her free time. They include cooking and baking, spending time with her husband and her people, being involved in the community, her church, and nonprofits, camping, organizing her planner (and decorating it with cute stickers), organizing her home, and hosting people and game nights.

My grandma’s homemade mac and cheese with little smokies, cottage cheese, and corn. That meal comes with some great memories — plus, no one could make mac and cheese like grandma!

Germany and Ireland. My hubby and I both have family ties to both places! Also, I have heard Ireland is breathtaking!
