Meet The Team | Evan Ludes

Join us in welcoming one of our newest team members at Casey Peterson, LTD, Evan Ludes. He joined us at the end of July as a Visual Production Associate on our Client Experience team.

Evan’s expertise is in photography, video, and graphic design. In his role, he maintains the firm’s brand standards, designs all client collateral materials and presentations, manages our client gift inventory, and shoots and edits videos for the firm and clients.

When he works with clients, Evan wants them to feel that they’re getting an exceptional level of service tailored to their specific needs. He’s working to make our industry’s complex concepts easier for clients to grasp by providing tools in the form of graphics and videos.

Evan got hooked on photography in middle and high school and eventually traveled throughout the Midwest with a couple of other photographers to document tornados and severe weather. Eventually, those travels led him to the Black Hills and Badlands, where he fell in love with the area.

After graduating with his bachelor’s in graphic design from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Evan landed a position doing video, graphic design, and business development for a Rapid City automotive group. He’s also a FAA Part 107 Certified Commercial UAS pilot, which allows him to film drone footage commercially throughout South Dakota.

With his wife, Sarah, and new baby daughter, Hazel, often in tow, Evan is usually playing disc golf, chasing extreme weather, and shooting landscape and astrophotography. Recently, he’s been nerding out over cryptocurrency and the NFT markets in the hopes he can turn his hobbies into investments.
