Congratulations to Kate Woten for passing all four sections of the CPA exam and becoming a Certified Public Accountant!
Kate joined our firm in 2019 as a Staff Accountant in Tax and Accounting Services. These days, she’s part of our Nonprofit and Governmental team.
Kate has a degree in professional accountancy and minors in business administration, economics, and theater. As a part of the Casey Peterson team, she works with nonprofit organizations, individual taxpayers, and a variety of businesses.
When she’s not working, she’s exploring the Black Hills, hiking, biking, or running. Kate is always looking for opportunities to volunteer, give back, and assist her community, clients, and co-workers.
Congrats again, Kate, on your tremendous accomplishment!

At Casey Peterson, LTD, we understand not everyone loves the complexities of accounting like we do. That's what sets us apart from the rest. Our CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors truly love numbers, solving problems, and creating business and financial strategies for our clients.
We’re looking for clients who believe in good customer service — clients who want CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors who are big-picture thinkers and ethical problem solvers. We’re looking for relationships, not transactions.
If you want the same, we should talk.
