Casey Peterson, Ltd. is seeking a seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our Rapid City, SD team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary duty is to electronically file tax returns.
  • Assist the team in the printing, processing, scanning, and filing of client information.
  • Other various clerical duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Detail oriented
  • Computer proficient
  • Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • This position requires someone who can work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma. Office experience preferred but not required.
