Casey Peterson, Ltd. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Rapid City, SD team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Primary duty to answer phones and transfer calls to staff members.
  • Greet clients and schedule appointments.
  • Assist the team in the printing, processing, scanning, and filing of client information.
  • Distribute faxes.
  • Prepare daily deposit.
  • Stamp and sort mail.
  • Exit tax returns with clients.
  • Maintain postage machine and credit card machine.
  • Send information to clients through our secure site.
  • Maintain front reception area.
Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma. Office experience preferred but not required.
