Recently, a client received a robocall, asking for their Social Security number. The call seemed to come from one of our staffers but was fraudulent.
Rest assured that our information and data have not been compromised.
Please know we don’t use robocalls and would never try to confirm your personal info over the phone.
If you’re ever in doubt about any request for information that seems to come from us, call our office at 605-348-1930.
This was a common phone spoofing attack, but the bad guys are trying extra hard to take advantage of the current state of uncertainty. Please be vigilant!
For more information, the FCC created some comprehensive information to help you keep yourself safe.

At Casey Peterson, LTD, we understand not everyone loves the complexities of accounting like we do. That's what sets us apart from the rest. Our CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors truly love numbers, solving problems, and creating business and financial strategies for our clients.
We’re looking for clients who believe in good customer service — clients who want CPAs, accountants, and financial advisors who are big-picture thinkers and ethical problem solvers. We’re looking for relationships, not transactions.
