In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems while providing top-tier support to our internal team.
About the Role
As a senior technician, you’ll handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, manage Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint), and oversee endpoint security using tools like NinjaOne and Huntress. You’ll also lead onboarding/offboarding processes, manage device configurations, and contribute to IT projects and documentation.
We’re seeking someone with:
- 4+ years of IT support experience (2+ in a senior/lead role)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management
- Experience with RMM and EDR tools (NinjaOne, Huntress)
- Strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, and experience in professional services or compliance-driven environments.
