Meet the new admin in our Rapid City office, Toinette Brown, as she answers some questions about herself!

  1. What’s your name? Toinette Brown
  2. What’s your title? Administrative Assistant
  3. When did you start? Part-time in January 2025 as a seasonal administrative assistant during tax season; full-time in November 2025
  4. What do you do here? Greet and assist clients, answer and direct phone calls, manage schedules and appointments, handle mail and packages, and provide administrative support
  5. Where did you go to school, and if you got a degree, what was it in? Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, BFA in Graphic Design and Marketing
  6. What did you do before you came to the firm? 5 years of caregiving for in-laws (most recently), before that, graphic design and marketing and Apple computer technician
  7. What did you want to be when you grew up? I grew up on a ranch in Harding County, South Dakota, so I thought I would live there ranching and travel during the off-season.
  8. What do you do for fun? Hike, travel, go to most any community event
  9. What’s your favorite podcast? Tenet Podcast, Smartless, Hidden Brain
  10. What’s on your bucket list? Go, see, and do new things
