One of our newest associates, Madhuri Ganguri, talks a little about herself as she answers 11 questions.

  4. What do you do here? Collaborating with a team of seasoned experts, I meticulously review and prepare financial statements, ensuring they are not only accurate and up to date but also fully compliant with the latest regulations. Furthermore, I offer support to payroll clients.
  5. Where did you or do you go to school, and if you got a degree, what was it in? I attended Clark University, where I earned a master’s degree in accounting analytics.
  6. What did you do before you came to the firm? Before joining the firm, I worked at several companies, including Zeni AI Pvt Ltd as a Senior Finance Associate, Alight Solutions as a Payroll Specialist, Genpact as a Process Developer, and ADP India Pvt Ltd as a Process Associate. In these roles, I was responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting month/quarter/year-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. I provided support to the payroll team, assisted in audit processes, managed payroll processing and taxes, performed financial reconciliations, and handled asset management. Additionally, I was involved in quality testing, configuration changes, and client interactions to explain changes and provide summaries of their impact.
