But not long after, privacy and security worries started popping up, and “Zoombombing” entered our lexicon. To Zoom’s credit, they have made some security changes and recently acquired a security company to help them address some of their most pressing security issues, but concerns remain. Zoom is continuing to improve and will be a great future business case study on exponential growth, security, and adaptation going forward.
