“To serve” is to be an advantage to someone and “to provide” is to make the power of professional service readily available. For over 30 years, our goal has been “to provide” professional quality “service” to our clients while maintaining prompt, personal attention.

Our reputation is built upon a foundation of satisfied clients. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, nothing less. Whether we’re preparing financial statements, communicating with the IRS, or providing any other financial assistance, we have your best interests in mind. Our motto is, “It’s not how much you make, it’s what you get to keep!”™

Since November 1, 1977, we have grown to a full service firm with over 30 employees. This growth has been fostered by our drive to provide excellent service to our clients. In 2000, we introduced a financial service affiliate to the firm—CP Financial Services, LLP. In 2002, we purchased the accounting practice of Zacher & Cahoy, CPA’s. They have practiced public accounting for over 30 years and we were pleased they chose to join our team. In September 2004, Michael Dell & Associates, LLC became part of Casey Peterson & Associates, Ltd. CP & A also purchased the CPA practice of R.P. Schoonover, Ltd as a result of Ron Schoonover’s retirement.

Ever since South Dakota and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants has required a "peer review" as a condition to issuing audited or reviewed financial statements, we have had nothing but clean opinions issued during five cycles performed by Olson Thielen & Co. LTD
